Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Engineering Concepts Unlimited FEX3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Eta products, including obsoleted and phased-out Esa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Ezp product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Eta such as the ELCX660 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ESTROQ2 manufactured by Esa and we are pleased to be able to service most Esa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2013003A by Manufacturer Ezp as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Epson Brand PS3AS00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Entrelec such as BFMSUBD37MANA equipment made by Entrelec have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 229922 by Epic and BFMSUBD37MANA spares by Entrelec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 960DS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Etchtek.
